Policies & Procedures:
To assure maximum speed and accuracy in processing the following information should be included:
* Manufacturer name, part number, description, and quantity required.
Orders should be sent via e-mail, fax or electronically transmitted via B2B procurement systems to:
Payment in US dollars by: Visa, MasterCard, AMX, and ACH/wire transfer and Corporate Purchasing Cards/ PCards.
Purchase Orders / Net Credit terms available upon credit approval
For Credit Cards orders, please provide the following information

- Billing Address
- Expiration Date
NET-Systems, Inc. will ship US Nationwide standard 3-5 business days delivery or in accordance with customer shipping instructions.

RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES:
Non-defective items can be returned after obtaining authorization at NET Systems, Inc.’s discretion within 10 days from date of receipt for credit or exchange.
All authorized Non-Defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be shipped back within 5 days from date of RMA issuance . Authorization may be obtained by calling 949-752-5100 or via email at RMA@net-systems.com. Customer will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) which is valid for 5 days. Failure to return a product within such 5 day authorization period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product. No refunds will be issued after such 15 days period.
Returns are subject to various manufacturers’ policies and restrictions. NET Systems, Inc. reserves the right to decline specific return requests based on those restrictions. Confirm with your account manager about specific return conditions before purchasing.
Defective on Arrival ( DOA ) products can be returned directly to NET-Systems, Inc. within 10 days from receipt, at NET Systems, Inc.’s discretion for replacement, exchange, or repair. Manufacturers restrictions do apply. After 20 days, all manufacturers’ warranties apply, and products must be sent to service centers for warranty repair.
Note: In case a damaged package is received, we recommend to refuse delivery and have the carrier take it back. If package is accepted, then it should be noted on the carrier’s delivery record in order for NET Systems, Inc. to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packing it arrived in; notify NET Systems, Inc. to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise. If you do not notify NET Systems, Inc. of damaged goods within the first 5 days of arrival, our regular return policy will override any claim of damage, and will fall under all current manufacturer restrictions. Contact your NET-Systems, Inc. account manager to arrange for carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged merchandise.
Due to some manufacturers’ policies, NET Systems, Inc. may not accept returns for exchange, replacement, or credit.
NET-Systems, Inc. reserves the right not to authorize product returns beyond 10 days from products receipt. Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items.
To obtain return authorization, email RMA@net-systems.com or contact (949)-752-5100 to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to NET Systems, Inc. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number.
The following information should be provided when requesting an RMA number:
- – Customer name
- – Invoice number
- – Product model / part number and serial number
- – Reason for the return

-All products returns must be in new condition and 100% complete in original unaltered box, and contain all manufacturer boxes with the original packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories, and any other documentation included in the shipment. NET Systems, Inc. reserves the right to refuse the return.
– The return shipment must be fully insured in case of loss or damage. Please use a courier such as Fed/UPS/DHL that is able to provide insurance and proof of delivery.
– Shipping charges on returns items are the customer’s responsibility; NET Systems, Inc. will pay for shipping on replacement or exchange item(s).
WARRANTY SERVICES AND REPAIRS:
All Products sold by NET Systems, Inc. have warranty provided by their corresponding manufacturers.
All defective items are warranted solely by the manufacturers and should be sent to the manufacturers service locations for repairs or exchange.
DOA ( Defective on Arrival ) under warranty can be returned to NET Systems, Inc., using a courier delivery service, with copies of invoice and packing list as described in the return policy above. Include the following declaration on the Airway Bill: “Defective ( DOA ) Product being returned for repair or replacement.”
Product warranty does not cover freight charges from or to the repair service locations.
Shipping costs between customer and NET Systems, Inc. and manufacturer service locations are the responsibility of the customer.
